(1) Any dispute that has not been filed in the case review body, the party who wants to resolve it by the community can submit an application to the nearest community in the format as per schedule-11.
(2) If a party makes an oral request to resolve the dispute without submitting an application in accordance with sub-rule (1), the community shall put his/her matter in writing as an application and affix his/her signature on such application.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), if there is an application from only one party to resolve the dispute, the community will request the other party related to the dispute to appear before the community within seven days.
(4) If the other party to the dispute is not present within the period specified in sub-rule (3) or if they do not agree to settle the dispute through the process of reconciliation, the community shall decide that the proceedings initiated in relation to the settlement of such dispute have ended.
